This review is from: Antojeria Mexicana (Spanish Edition) (Hardcover)
This book contains many interesting and most of all, easy recipes to prepare. Of course, if you are overseas, the challenge is finding the right ingredients in order to make it taste as it should.
The book is divided in diverse sections, like seafood, fishes, vegestables, meats, tamales, cheeses and insects (yes, of course). I have cooked some of these delicious recipes. I have never been disappointed about the taste of any dish.
This is a book where basic cooking techniques are not explained, although for many dishes is not needed to know that much to prepare them.
For me, as mexican, is a basic book to have if you want to cook the real mexican meals.
