Great anthology! Great selections! Los prisioneros have some of the best protest lyrics. This is like 80's post punk rock. The best tunes are "El baile de los que sobran", "Paramar", "Quien mato a marylin", "muevan las industrias", "tren al sur" and "amiga mia". This is classic!

Very good rock band from Chile... But, EMI have done an error with this antologia, because CD1 and CD2 ( with different color and marked CD1 and CD2) have the same content, the content of CD2... what a shame! So at the end, i've downloaded (illegaly!) the tracks from CD1. Now i can understand why a big company like EMI have so many problems, and why lot of people prefer to download mp3 ...
And i can't send it back to amazon.com, because from France to USA, it's to expensive!

No cabe duda: Una compilación de canciones que hacía falta. Yo crecí durante los 80s y escuché todo el rock en español de esa época. Aún cuando musicalmente Soda Stereo sea impecable, sus letras no dicen nada! Otros grupos pecan por uno u otro aspecto: O las letras son malas o la música es pobre. Llegan estos Chilenos con música y con contenido en sus letras. En el escenario Los Prisioneros se ven como un grupo de chicos de la calle con una presencia que no tenía nada de los 80: Cabello corto y ropa común y silvestre (Es que ellos tocaban música!) Hoy, 20 años después sigue tan vigente...
