Antonin Dvorak From the New World with Lyrics is a fully illustrated library quality book with a CD. It includes Dvorak's portrait and the author's kid-friendly biography of Dvorak in prose and in lyrics for the twelve themes of The New World Symphony. The CD contains two tracks for each of the themes, a track of the music only followed by a track of the lyrics sung to the music. The last four tracks of the CD contain the complete orchestrated symphony. The volume celebrates Dvorak's Centennial (1841 - 1904).

About the Author
Marjorie Kiel Persons is an experienced music educator, the author of many lyrics for classical music themes, and a music consultant. She is also the developer of the lyric based Classical Magic Program for introducing anyone including little children to the wonderful world of classical music. Her three books with CDs, Themes to Remember, Volumes 1 & 2 and Classical Karaoke for Kids constitute the core of this program.She is also active as a clinician at music education conferences.
