My hemorrhoids came about during and after my pregnancy.

I have to admit that I was reluctant to use this product, even after I had heard good reviews about it. However, because the hemorrhoids were unbearable, and the medication received from the hospital turned out to be useless, I decided to give Anuice a try. Excuse the crudeness, but I felt like a city had developed there.

My initial reluctance was for one big reason - I did not like the idea of putting anything "up there". But my hemorrhoids were not internal and thus I decided to only hold the device against the area. This was effective. I had used the stuff received from the hospital for 8 days without much result. By day 8, it felt like the city had not shrunk at all. I used the Anuice that night, and just positioned the device against the affected area. By the morning, there was a significant difference. The city had turned into a small village. I was sold on Anuice.

However, about two days later, the village had grown again. Turns out, you are supposed to continue using the Anuice until after you feel relief. In fact, you're supposed to use it even after the hemorrhoids are gone. I did not know this until I reread the instructions. So, after continued use, the hemorrhoids did go away. If you are considering using this, please keep this in mind because I feel it is important. I got so excited after the positive results of the initial use and was terribly disappointed when they returned. It is tempting to stop using Anuice after the hemorrhoids reduce, but don't.

This is great!!! I bought this for my husband who has some bad external hemorrhoids. The bleeding was getting bad all of a sudden and limiting his daily life because he could not leave the house! I was very skeptical about this thing making a difference, and especially gambling $40 on something that might not work. I am studying to be a nurse, and even though I don't have experience in hemorrhoids, I understand the "why" behind it. I wanted something that would help, but wouldn't be too invasive and potentially cause more problems. I did a little research and I'll tell you why I bought it:

1. One of the methods doctors use to treat hemorrhoids is to freeze them off! But they go in there and use liquid nitrogen which is super cold, something you don't have access to, and wouldn't want to mess with anyway. It instantly freezes it, and the hemorrhoid eventually falls off. It's called "cryotherapy". Google it and read about it. So basically, what you can get out of this is that doctors use a freezing technique which relies on something cold.

How does this relate to this product?: Well, it tells you that Anuice at least has some kind of basis that is used by the educated people that treat them. So it's not a total scam like what you might think at first.

2. Why would making hemorrhoids cold make them go away or reduce their size? Well, you should know what hemorrhoids are. There are tubes in your body that transport blood. There are 2 kinds: arteries and veins. The arteries job is to bring blood to all of the tissues in the body from your heart. Veins take the used blood back up to your heart and lungs to get more oxygen in it. Then, it goes back to the arteries, then back to the veins, to the heart, then back to the arteries... on and on it's a never ending process....

Hemorrhoids are veins located in your anal canal, that passageway the poop goes through when you poop. They are trying to take the blood back up to your heart BUT if the sides get stretched out, they can swell with blood. Think of a nice tube transporting liquid (like a water hose), then the middle of the tube gets stretched out like a balloon. More liquid collects there in that balloon part right? That's exactly what can happen to your veins. That balloon part is a hemorrhoid, and it is filled with a lot of blood. It might even pop out of your anus! Well ,there's a hole there right? Of course its going to pop out if it gets too big. So, we know hemorrhoids are balloons filled with blood.

If you make blood cold, it reduces swelling. If you bump your head, you put an ice pack on it and make it cold so it doesn't swell as much. SO if we make the hemorrhoid cold, it will reduce the swelling: it will make the hemorrhoid smaller. That's what you want!

3. The reason I chose this $40 one, instead of the $12 one of a different brand is that this one says it is FDA approved. It's safety approved by the government. The other ones don't say if they are. This brand can only get cold to a certain extent. You don't want to damage your hemorrhoid tissue by putting ice on it over and over. I just think of the danger of killing or damaging the tissue, like frostbite. I have no idea whether the other ones control the amount of freezing as well, or if this matters I don't know. But safer is better!

Yes, this will feel cold and uncomfortable but it will reduce the swelling and that is the key. You have to do it more than once a day, because it doesn't solve the problem. It just reduces the swelling for a while. It makes the blood colder. If this works for you, you can't get happy and stop using it. Your hemorrhoids will swell back up. Continual use is necessary to get the results you want. Since it's a balloon in a vein that shouldn't be there, you can't fix it only a doctor can. So I have waited around a year to write this review on this amazing product. My hemorrhoids were so bad I was about to go get surgery. I was terrified of going to the bathroom for a bowel movement. Showering hurt. Flatulence hurt. I went through over 20 bottles of prep h and tucks pads. Now to my 1 month cure. It just was one thing, I decided to NUKE these things.

1. increased my water intake by double ( bought 1 of those blue mini water jugs that look like the the big 5 gallon ones)
2. Increased my fiber (bought FiberONE chewable tablets; I would just break 1 tablet in 4 an swallow them)
3. I bought "Fargelin" Chinese pills ( took 9 a day for 1 week and decreased the does to 3 in the morning after)
4. Used this amazing smelly cream "Mayinglong Musk" (smells like soil/ wet dirt) after every bowl movement or when I had an itch (a lot). instant cooling relief.
5. I bought Epsom salt and would add 2 cups to the bath tub with warm water and I would soak my whole body for 20 minutes then shower and use only Johnson hypoallergenic baby wash on body every day for a month ( relaxes you body too).
6. Take advil when was in moderate-severe pain as it is anti-inflammatory. ( basically everyday for 1 week in half)
7. Would put Triple antibiotic + pain relief ointment just on outside of anus after using Mayinglong.
8. Bought 2 pure witch hazel bottles 1 with alcohol and 1 without. Then bought those big cotton make-up pads and would alternate wiping with each witch hazel on every bowel movement ( don't get the brand medicated pads, they only contain 50% witch hazel and are more expensive)
9. This is the most awkward, but so WORTH it.... I bought "anuice FDA approved device" and used it once a day for two weeks before I went too sleep and when I was done with that I would use the "Mayinglong musk" cream again. This devise is inserted in the anus and it use cryotherapy to treat the hemorrhoids. I used a better lube and would wash it after every use. Shrinks them after 8 minutes. I continued random uses when I remembered throughout the month. After two weeks didn't really need it as I was virtually cured.
10. I would take 1 white oak capsule before bed.
11.(optional) I would randomly use prep h with aloe-vera when I needed extra relief.

I continued to 1 month to make sure it was all gone although i felt 95% cured during the middle of the 2nd week. Might be longer or shorter for every individual unique circumstances.

I know it's a lot but this will CURE you as it did me, if your dedicated and stick to the tedious routine. At worst, it just suppresses you hemorrhoids for 1 year. I completely stopped doing all the above steps and haven't had any returns or flare ups. I have even passed those rock hard stools that feels like your being violated with no blood after wiping.
