This handbag is simply a gorgeous piece of wearable & functional art. The buttery soft leather is hand painted so that it has it's own unique identity. This bag will definitely be noticed and it's big enough to carry a wallet, cellphone, small notebook, change purse and more in the center compartment. The small zippered outer pocket is small but convenient.

I love this bag, this brand and cannot wait to get another!

I received my Anuschka handbag today and cannot stop looking at it. This handbag is an absolute work of art. The style is very unique and the leather soft and beautiful. This is my first Anuschka but definitely will not be my last. Ladies when you buy an Anuschka handbag, you are buying a work of art that will last a lifetime. Absolutely beautiful!

What a disappointment. The white paint is wearing off of the bag all over, destroying the nice pattern and wrecking the look. I had been extremely pleased with the bag until it started to look a mess. I have contacted the seller. Anuschka makes great products - I suspect that the price on this one was reduced because of this defect in the paint. Below is my original review:

Wonderful Anuschka cross-body or shoulder bag. Perfect size for everyday use. This one is nice because it has black as a predominant color to coordinate with black clothes or shoes. The design is excellent. Bag lies close to the body, does not fall off, has enough room for regular necessities. Handy zippered compartments. Top zippers for security. Easy to go shopping with this bag. The price on this bag is a fantastic discount.

I found Anuschka purses through a magazine advertisment, wondered if Amazon knew about them, and the rest is history. Of course, Amazon knew and provided me with information, many choices, and I'm now the owner of two of these fabulous affordable handpainted purses. The leather is high quality, and the many compartments make it easy to organize. One push of a button, quick delivery, no tax or shipping--All plus for carrying 'Art Work'.
This one with the easy-to-organize compartments, easy-to-carry,and easy-to-look at was a quick decision. They both came with pouches to store when not in use and one had a extra case for a phone.

This is really a beautiful bag. Very unique and well made. It's a bit on the small side - you can fit a wallet, keys, cell phone, lipstick, and maybe a small mirror. I usually carry a lot of stuff so I'm used to a big bag but, this is great for an every bag. The strap is long so it can be worn as a cross body bag. I highly recommend this.

I get compliments every day, at least once if not more when people see this bag. It is nice leather, and beautifully hand painted. My only concern may be, that I hope the facilities in India where it is made, is of good standards.
