4.0 out of 5 stars Short but Sweet
I really like this CD. Da Brat can flow and has good beats. This is a classic. My favorite song is Da B side with Biggie and Brat together, it's crazy. A must have CD!!! Later. Mank

3.0 out of 5 stars 13 Tracks!
I enjoy Da Brat's music a lot, as I enjoy all music. Her flows, musical backups, and general aura are very pleasing and fun to listen to. This album would deserve 4 1/2 stars, if it wasn't so darn SHORT! It seems illogical to me to market a double CD with only THIRTEEN collective tracks. This album would deserve 4 1/2 stars, if it wasn't so darn SHORT! It seems illogical to me to market a double CD with only THIRTEEN collective tracks. This whole thing could easily fit on one disc, which saves everybody money--retail, production, packaging, etc. It would be nice as a single album, but I paid WAY too much money for WAY too little music. In retrospect, it was fairly new then, which makes this a safe bet in 2000. I recommend this CD. Enjoy.

I think you really have to be a Brat lover to enjoy her music. It's kind of an up north flow with down south beats. I think she is really artistic and her style makes her #1 with me! This is great music to chill to!

This is one grrrl you don't want to flonk. She says as much, spelling it out OP style. The beats are southern fried, scheherazade sized, down home. Yeah, the grrrl got a Northern attitude and you know if she's crossed she'll cap, give as good as she gets with interest. Some hokes find aggressivity unladylike with is wrongheaded. When Da Brat says she's on the top of the world she makes you feel like you're right there with her!

I think that the brat should change her music style a little because something about her lyrics is annoying. In "Sitting On Top Of The World" I honestly don't know what the hell she's talking about! Of course she's sitting on top of the world, fools like us bought her albums!!
