I am so happy I read this book - I feel so much better knowing there are others out there that feel the same way I do. It was a great book to get me motivated into tackeling my anxiety and phobias. I looked forward to reading this book every hour. The author gives reference to many other books on various subjects which is also helpful for further reading. I would highly recommend.
