Most Helpful Customer Reviews

Format: Paperback
Found this book to be easy to follow and gives the reader practical tips. I especially loved the tips on riding/driving in the car and being alone. These are 2 areas I really struggled with being agrophobic.
Also gained a lot of insight on how to lessen those pesty obsessive scary thoughts.
Like to idea of hearing things from someone who actually had anxiety disorder instead of some shrink who just studied about it in school.

I also like Claire Weeks books and she too had agrophobia.

So if you are looking to hear from someone who has been there this book is worth it.
