This review is from: Anxiety Disorders: Psychological Approaches To Theory And Treatment (Perspectives in Clinical Psychology) (Hardcover)
This is a well-written book on theories about anxiety disorders. It includes comprehensive review of current biological and cognitive theories of anxiety. Special section on panic disorder, particularly the nocturnal panic problem, deserves great attention for researchers and mental health professions working with panic patients.
