The publishers do not offer page numbers, only location numbers which makes it difficult to use as an academic source. Also, the book is not compatible with Windows 8 (OS). Therefore, the book and Kindle app frequently crashes when attempting to read and scroll through the pages.

I was forced to buy and read this book as a course requirement. I feel that my time and money could have been spent in a far more productive way. The majority of this book revolves around the author's speculations; speculations about past research, speculations about other peoples speculations, speculations about the authors own speculations from the first edition, and so on. There wasn't enough concrete knowledge included in this book to hold my attention
