My personal stretching coach, July 26, 2005
This review is from: Any Body Can Stretch: A Visual Approach (Paperback)
As a busy student, I don't usually have the time to go to a gym class. With this book, I bring the gym (and trainer) home with me, get a solid stretch workout, and don't have to worry about lost time.
The book takes you through a comprehensive stretching routine from upper body to lower body to total body, and its visual approach made it easy for a novice like me. I found this book to be extremely helpful for my lower back and neck, both of which have been hurting quite a bit recently. The steps to follow are simple and easy to read.
My stiff stretches still don't look like the trainer's in this book, but I am well on my way. I would recommend this book to both young and old if you're looking for a great at-home or on-the-go stretching companion.
