From another erotic writer's point of view
As I too am a writer of erotica, I believe my critique of Kate's book goes deeper than most, tougher, if you will. I was more than pleasantly surprised and entertained in the diversity and quality of her writing. Great title, minimal quality
Boy, talk about a misleading title....this book is neither sexy nor romantic, not really bad/awful, just not very good. It's near impossible to even finish it while looking for an interesting story.

As I too am a writer of erotica, I believe my critique of Kate's book goes deeper than most, tougher, if you will. I was more than pleasantly surprised and entertained in the diversity and quality of her writing. Her book which offers a collection of her best short stories were unique from most read in any anthology. I commend her for going where most dare not go. Her stories being truly wicked yet, non-judgmental. She writes with conscious in a society that rarely seems to show one as she fluidly builds in safe sex measures that actually enhance and do not take away from the hot sex shown. From one who reads dozens of stories weekly, this is a book I would recommend to any who delight in adult pleasures.
