The HCC-250 Bluetooth car-kit by Anycom gives you the freedom to talk on the phone hands free without the annoyance of an earclip. The HCC-250 provides superior communication quality by using a 16-bit DSP with Echo-Cancellation and Noise-Reduction. The DSP filters the surrounding noise and reduces the echo of your own voice and enhances the communication quality on both sides. The 1.5 Watt speaker delivers a clear and loud signal even with a high driving noise. The HCC-250 is equipped with advanced call management functions such as voice dial, last number re-dial, hold, mute and 3-way calling. In addition to the call management functions the HCC-250 can be used to listen to music thru the Bluetooth A2DP profile. It supports both the Bluetooth Headset and Handsfree profiles which allow you to use it with most any Bluetooth phone and even with PDAs and PCs supporting these profiles. The car-kit can be easily accessed with the magnetic clip that allows it to be mounted to the visor or the vent. The HCC-250 is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion polymer battery that offers up to 14 hours of talk time and 25 days of standby time.

I bought this almost a year ago, and it is excellent. Worked with my Treo and now it works great with my IPhone 3G! It has a pretty good range 15-20 feet.

I have a loss of hearing and it is a great asset. Since it is loud enough I dont shout when ansering a call. There is no feed back and in noisy traffic there is no difficulty. I paid $50 for it some time ago and am about to order another one for the family for $29.XX. The best mount I find is on a vent on my dashboard. The mount used on for the sunvisor is magnetic and pushing the button to accept a call may may cause it to land in your lap! It is better than I expected and accepting a call or hanging up is a matter of pushing the middle button.

Purchased this on sale for $12.95. For that price it was a steal. I actually bought this for 2 reasons:

1) Use as a speakerphone in my car.
2) Use as a Speaker to stream music from my Iphone 3gs

This is a basic item, it is not for the Audiophile looking for perfect streaming music sound or someone who is expecting noise cancellation technology. For the price, it is worth every penny, I am 100% happy with it.

Pros: Simple on and off button, syncs easily, long battery life, A2DP technology to stream music from my Iphone. Speaker Phone is more than adequate

Con's: Very basic, item, I probably would not have purchased it if it had not been on sale. Other speaker phones in the $35 range have more functionality.
