This book was quite simply one of the most powerful that I have ever read. It reaches across as refreshingly honest...touches your soul...and pulls you close. It gave me goosebumps and a few tears reading it. And then I practiced the 7 keys. I've had many lucid dreams throughout my lifetime, but none quite 'on command', so to speak. It took me almost a week, but when it happened, it happened pretty in line with what the author speaks of, and I awoke bursting with excitement and positive energy. The exercises and keys she teaches are so simple and straightfoward. The other authors I've read on the subject of OBE's and astral travel? Not even close! I pretty much gave up before even finishing the books. Not with this one!! I wish everyone as much success with their journey as I had.

I had taken some of Diane's classes at a junior college years ago and was delighted to come across a book by her. She tells you her NDE story and then her search for recreating that feeling while in the dream state. She has many good tips.

I really liked reading this book. I have taken two of her classes at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, CA. I liked the way she encourages that we should write down your dreams. If you have an open mind then this book is for you. I also encourage if you are in the area to take one of her classes.
