Good and basic common sense.

If you are a fitness professional working in a facility, you will find this book a great help.
You will find here everything you need to know about sales in the fitness club industry: clear , concise , step by step information on how to conduct a sale in every situation and how to manage a successful sales team.
After I red the book, I wonder who would buy the other products from Mr Plummer's company (which cost much more than the book) , when this book is to thorough and informative.
