This video is best used together with the excellent "Anyone Can Be an Expert Skier" book by Harb. (Note: The video is cheaper at ...... at Harb's Harb's Primary Movements Teaching System method has been hailed as a "revolutionary" way of teaching skiing. I don't know if it's truly revolutionary, but I've found it to be very effective. While the book alone may help novice and advanced intermediate skiers alike, the video gives you more visual instructions, and makes it easier to simulate the movements at home. Highly recommended. At least get the book if you want to learn how to ski!
