If there is one thing Gypsy Elliott knows, it's that most people working the logging camps in the north woods are hiding something. But Adam Lassiter, the logger with a broken ankle whom her boss puts in her kitchen to work while he heals, is different, not as rough, not as hardened. 3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting setting

This review is from: Anything for You (Zebra Splendor Historical Romances) (Mass Market Paperback)
The most fascinating thing about this story is the setting. It takes place in a logging camp near Saginaw, Michigan around 1870. Having grown up in MI a mere 60 miles or so from Saginaw, I was naturally intrigued. Then there's the fact that my husband is a logger...so I could relate. :) And so, I positively devoured this book...at first. I think I prefer Ms Ferguson's regencies to her historicals. There was something almost...irritating about the hero and the heroine and their interaction. This was just an "ok" read for me.

This story contains graphic love scenes.
