It is a excellent product, well bilt and if you need new drill bits for the self center tool, they are replaceable, no regrets I would purchase it again

I've used these for one exterior door, and 10 cabinet doors so far. Makes

the work so much easier. I don't know how I've worked without

them all these years!

Somehow I decided I could make my kitchen cabinet doors. All went well until the painter arrived and asked me to hang the new doors prior to painting. I had never done this gefore and with this drill bit set I hung 23 doorsw in 1 hour. It centers the screw hole automaticly in thew hinge slide. Adjustments were easy. I would never hang a hinge again without these bits.

I found that these self-centering bits do work but some care is required to ensure that the hole is actually centered. Applying some reasonable pressure is required and you do need to worry about keeping the drill bit as near vertical as you can.

The set may be OK for you to install a few hinges on soft wood doors. All three broke after I used them for making only 2~3 holes on my solid mahogany doors. The drill bits burn the wood and then stuck. The screw that holds the bit is too fragile.

The first time I used one of these, the drill bit came loose and got stuck in the wood. The set screw will not keep the bit in the sheath. I emailed Anytime tools and got no response. I won't be buying from them Anytime soon.

Seriously, I think they bought these at harbor freight and resold them. The set screws would not hold the drill bit in place from the very first use. I was drilling in very soft wood. After fussing with them for a while I gave up. I suggest you get a set from somewhere that you can vouch for the manufacturer.
