Product Description

The DRI Eclipse wireless bed wetting alarm system is an easy to use alarm that works without wires. A small battery operated Urosensor is worn by your child to bed. When your child wets, the sensor detects the urine and transmits a signal to a small receiver that emits a loud chirping noise to alert you and your child. The Urosensor (urine detector) can be used with a mini pad, pull-up or sandwiched between two pair of underwear. You simply cut a slit in a mini pad or pull-up and slide the Urosensor in place. The alarm receiver is placed on a table or night stand so your child must get up and get out of bed to switch the sound off. The alarm emits a loud chirping sound from the receiver. The volume can be adjusted inside the battery compartment. A on/off switch on the side of the receiver allows you to control the unit. The wireless Urosensor should not need replacing because it has no moving parts and is fully sealed, eliminating the risk of urine getting inside. The internal battery will last two to three years. However, it may be damaged if it is put through the washer and dryer (the static electricity of the dryer can cause damage) so make sure it has been removed from the underwear before washing.

2.0 out of 5 stars unpredictable, July 11, 2010

This review is from: Anzacare DRI Eclipse - Wireless Remote Sensor Bed Wetting Treatment Alarm (Electronics)
This alarm is sleek and looks good, but is very unpredictable when used. We followed the directions closely and had lots of trouble with use. Alarm usually does not sound until significant amount of urine has wet the underwear or pull up. Sometimes alarm fails to work at all. Upon testing the alarm with water, it seems to work well, not sure why it does not work well with night time wetting.

Just wanted to share my thoughts one how well the Dri-Sleeper Alarm has worked for our son. Within days, the product started to take effect, helping us to wake our son at the appropriate time. 2 weeks later, he is getting himself out of bed to use the loo in the night - phew!

The product works really well due to it's wireless, compact and non-intrusive design.

Many Thanks,
Simon.
