When i got my massage chair from Aosom it was very easy to put together and works perfectly . Excellent massage chair. Called Aosom for questions regarding the chair, they were more then willing to help. I would definitely recommed their products.

Plus points
1. Looks very nice and looks much more pricey than it actually was.
2. Easy-ish to put together although a little tricky lining up the screw holes.
3. Heat and vibrations are excellent.
4. The chair is sturdy and does not tip over backwards (see point 1 below)

Minus points
1. The chair "flops" backwards, meaning it is extremely easy to put in the recline position with no 'switches'. This meant my two year old daughter climbed up on the chair and leaned on the back and it went into recline.
2. Wish I had a chair that had rolling massagers (shiatsu), but that was my choice.

Overall I am very impressed with the comfort, workings and looks of the chair. Highly recommended.

It's great and much more than you would expect for the modest price. It is my "go to" chair for relaxing and reading.

This chair came in pieces. I was a bit worried. But I shouldn't have been. Parts list came complete along with clear directions and tools for assembly. I am a 68 yr old female and put this chair together in a couple hours. It is comfortable and the vibration/heat features work great.

I would recommend this chair. It was not difficult at all to put together, but you will need 2 people. It looks great and we could not have found anything similiar for the price. The leatherette looks good. I would have purchased it without the massage and heating functions, which are just okay. And the added perk was that it was shipped for FREE!

I had a similar chair for over 15 years that I had grown quite fond of, but after years of use the metal broke- so it was time to get a new one which I was not looking forward to.

I had a lot of trouble finding a light leather recliner with stool for anything under $500. Finally I came across this one on Amazon with it's surprisingly low price, that including extras such as heating and massage- something I wasn't really looking for. But the price was too good to pass up, so I got it.

I've had this chair over a month now and really miss very little of my old chair. The extras (heating and message) are very nice bonuses, although I haven't had to try the heating since it's the middle of summer. Like another reviewer, I did have a little trouble with getting the chair together- there was a hole missing for one of the screws to go through, so I had to drill my own. Not a major issue in my view, but for someone else that might be a bit stressful not to be able to put something together as simply as the instructions indicate.

Overall, it's a great chair- I am 100% happy with the comfort and look of the chair, and the price is way better than anything that is comparable.

The pieces of the chair were not labeled, it took me a while to figure out if I had the turning mechanism on right. This chair is really tough to put together - lining up the holes with the screws on the armrests took a while because its hard to match them up with the threads on the inside. Once the chair is complete it is great! It is well worth the money - I saw this same chair in a local store for 499.99.

The chair shipped just fine. I have never had a problem with Amazon. Aosom however, is another matter. First of all the chair is not leather. It is some sort of vinyl. That didn't bother me so much. I've also read some of the reviews about the back slipping and that can be avoided by tightening down the seat with the adjustor knob underneath. The directions for putting this thing together were horrible. One little sheet of paper with ridulous diagrams that showed nothing. There is no diagram on how to plug the massager in and there are about 4 different wires that cross connect. The other problem I'm having is that it sits too low to the floor and the arms are too low. I'm 6'2" and it feels like my knees are up around my chin when my feet are on the floor. I had to lower my desk so I wasn't reaching up like a gorilla. I called AOSOM customer service to see if there was anything that I could do to raise the height of the chair and the kid on the phone said. "I don't think you can." and than there was dead air. No other thoughts about it, no other attempts to try and help a customer out. I'm not impressed with the customer service from AOSOM so I'll not be buying from Aosom again. I'll keep the chair and when I need to replace I'll go to Office Max or Staples.

WOW...... what a deal, for the price this chair and ottoman combo is simply fantastic, very simple to put together (even with the pic only instructions) there are different settings for the vibration sequences, the heater is nice, and even the ottoman has vibration unit! I am very satisfied with the product
