The description is not correct for the Elite version. The rear wheels are not "quick release". Instead there is a solid axle and caps on the ends to hold the wheels on. Which brings us to the next flaw. The trailer bar cannot be flipped under and locked into place because it hits the axle. The rear wheels are not aluminum as advertised. My 3 year old daughter is too tall because the seat support is in a bad position (not like this on the normal version) Because of this, the sides cannot be folded down when the top bar is folded. Instead the top bar must be removed completely (normal version does not have this problem). Once assembled it seems sturdy. I have not used it yet, and I'm not sure I will. The normal version does not have these problems. When converting from stroller to trailer, you will need tools to remove the brake cables. I will update this review when I have more information.
Update: I have talked to Aosom, and they have corrected some of the "typos". There will be design changes, but probably not until next years model.

We love it! And the price was reasonable. We were looking for something affordable where we could take our son out on bike rides with us. One day we plan on having another child, so this was perfect since it seats two as well. The delivery was very quick. It took a little bit to put together, but we even had fun doing that together as a family. I love that it is higher off the ground so our son doesn't get his bottom wet if we ride over a puddle. He seems to be quite comfortable in it too - he falls asleep every time we go out.

The assembly was a bit difficult as the instructions were a bit vague. The cable for the brake just hangs from the handle which is a bit ackward to have there but is no big deal. The brakes, however, are of poor design and scares my kids when I do use them. The body of the stroller is so cheap that after just two times of taking the front wheel off to use the stroller with the bike, the hole where the front wheel is screwed on widened so much that the wheel now does not tighten and hangs at an angle.
Also, I have to pretty much take it apart in order to fold it so it can fit in my truck! But worst, after only 3 months of use, the front tires has a huge tear that cannot be patched!
