Why isn't it in every library,
This review is from: Ape in a Cape: An Alphabet of Odd Animals (Paperback)
This book-one of my favs-was surprisingly hard to find. I can't understand why it wouldn't be in every library, because the ryhmes and illustrations are just great. Eichenberg uses his crayon-like illustrations to loosen the readers mind and not think of them too much. Because everyone who reads the book knows what the real winner in this book is; the text.
A-Ape in a cape B-bear in despair C-Carp with a harp D-Dove in love E-Egret in a minuet(children now may not know what minuet means) F-Fox in a box G-Goat in a boat This is really a must read for anyone who's children have trouble with the alphabet.

This review is from: Ape in a Cape: An Alphabet of Odd Animals (Paperback)
On each page, the text follows the same grammatical pattern as the title. This is an easy pattern for students of English as a second language to follow.
