I have been looking for a hose that would not kink and did not weigh 50+ pounds. This looked good. And it might be for someone with low water demand. However, even though this information was not included in the "Features" or "Description," it comes with a flow-restrictor insert that limits output. If I were on a municipal water supply and paying for my water, I might be more enthused, and I would not discourage those who are in that situation from exploring this hose further. However, I am in a semi-rural area and have a well. I need as much pressure as possible for a variety of tasks and chores, and this was not the hose for those situations. Clearly it's an issue of matching your needs to the type of hose you buy. I am, however, impressed that someone is trying to make an ecologically friendly product.

I needed to buy new hoses and I liked the idea of buying a hose which was not made with lead. I am trying to wind it up after each use to keep it in shape. It is much lighter than my previous heavy duty hoses so keeping the hose wound up is a much easier task. It has kinked but only a couple of times. I think finding a hose which never kinks is almost impossible to avoid when you are dragging the hose all over the yard. I believe the older heavy duty hoses didn't kink due to the fact they weighed 100 lbs (or felt like it).

The absolute best water hose I've ever purchased. IT DOESN'T KINK and it DOESN'T leave a chemical odor to the water. I don't know if they're durable, but we'll see. I'm buying 2 more. Roger

Overall the hose is a nice quality hose, but I expected it to FEEL a bit more durable and its claim that it never kinks is completely false.
I followed the instructions for breaking the hose in, unrolling it completely first etc.
The hose has two sidewalls that seem to be a thinner plastic and even though they are supposed to prevent kinking, I found this hose kinks more than previous hoses I have used.
I find myself having to return to the spout and unfold it as it tends to kink and stop the water.
I expected more, especially for the money spent.

Works great, and doesn't have a plastic, rubber, or chemical odor like most other hoses I've used in the past.

I purchased this hose because it was not made with lead and did not kink. I have been looking for one of these for a while and I am really pleased with it. The quality and the price are right on. I have a really long space of driveway that I have to drag the hose up to get to my flower garden. It is not as heavy as the last hoses I had and it does not kink. My other hoses with tangle up in the driveway and then the water would stop and just drive me crazy. This one gets a small kink then just straightens out without all of the bother. I also have dogs who love to drink from the garden hose and this makes me feel a whole lot better that it is not made with lead.

I am looking for a 25 foot hose, the same kind, but I don't see one on this site.

I have bought 3 of these. Not only do they resist kinking, but they are light weight, and the green color looks good in the landscape. These are the best garden hoses I've ever tried.

This hose lives up to all the hype..stays flexible, good choice
for frequent use.

The hose does exactly what it says, or should I say it DOESN'T do what it says it doesn't do. It does not kink. Thumbs up!

Had 2 of these hoses for 2 months. Our faucet fixture sprung a leak and our handyman replaced it, put the hose back on and left the hose pressurized. After less than one day the hose sprung a significant and unrepairable leak about 10 feet from the faucet connection. Love the lead free idea but not so sure about the quality of these hoses.
