I got this hose was a little scared because of the negative reviews I was seeing. My experience is that the hose is MUCH better at not kinking compare to my Flexogen (expensive) hose. The Flexogen was almost unuseable in my backyard 3 to 4 kinks constantly and losing water pressure all the time. This Teknor has in 5 days of watering only mildly kinked once and when it did, a shake of the hose freed up the kink. The flexogen I would have to actually pickup the kink and straighten it; with the Teknor just a simple flick of the hose while still watering was enough to fix it. Huge Improvement! I give it 4 stars because it can still kink so Neverkink is a misleading name but works so much better its really more of a 5.

I have this specific length and size of hose. I can't believe all the negative reviews I am seeing on Amazon for this hose in its various sizes and lengths. This is the best hose I have ever owned, it does not kink, and a real plus is it easy to roll up. I bought a Craftsman premium rubber hose that was not suppose to kink either, it does, really not happy with the Craftsman hose. I bought this NeverKink at the local hardware store, I came to Amazon to check prices and buy another one to replace the Craftsman hose. Im writing this review because of all the negative reviews I found here. It really is a good hose the and connections on the ends are great, real heavy duty. I wonder if Amazon is getting some grey market hoses.

Came home today to find my basement in over 6" of water. My neverkink hose burst (granted, it did not kink) and filled my entire basement with water. Thanks a lot. It's not like it froze and split or anything. Today was 70 and sunny. Don't buy this.
