I first tried the Apex Fit Whey Protein at my 24 Hour Fitness when they had it on sale. I really liked it but then the price went up to normal. I found the best price on Amazon and now I order it from here only. Great price and great taste with a high amount of protein and not many carbs, sugar or fat. I love the taste because it is fairly light and mixes well. I usually put in a few frozen strawberries and blueberries and instead of water I use a half box (5.5 oz) of EAS Carb Control drink. I alternate between the Apex Fit and the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey but I stick with vanilla and get my flavor from what I mix in. Sometimes I just put in some PB2 powdered peanut butter for a change. Both this Apex and the ON Whey are great!
