These bars are good for someone who doesn't plan to use much weight.The grip is narrow,which makes heavier weights feel uncomfortable.For the price,these are good.make sure you get plates with the right size holes.

This is a nice package for the price. If you're a serious weightlifter and are consistently curling over about 120 lbs, then you'll probably be more interested in a solid bar with Olympic type fittings. For the average person, doing general fitness and strength training this bar is fine. As shown in the picture (which has changed since I bought it) it includes the curl bar, two short bars, and 3 pairs of spring clips - so again a good bargain.

Purchased this set, not knowing the diameter of the bar, but presumed that things like that are standard. The box that it came in was quite larger than the product, but it still looked in excellent shape. The bar is just like how I remember from the gym. Clamps work great, and my previous existing weights fit perfectly. Am very pleased with this purchase. It also received it within 2 days of the purchase, awesome!

Great product for the price. Did a lot of shopping around online and this was the best offer. Overall, gets the job done. Grips are a little rough, but you will either calus, or I would recommend improvising some grips(I found that foam and electrical tape works nicely. I definitely recommend buying this item.

What is amazing is how light this bar is, and yet it still works just fine. Granted, you wouldn't want 60 pounds each side or anything. It's great for light to medium weight lifting. At any rate, I find it to work great and far exceeds the faulty two-piece bars out there that eventually break in half during a lift just narrowly missing my feet! Yes, well. I do enjoy this new bar. I haven't used the tiny dumbell bars, but they seem quite fine too.

I didnt want to spend a lot on a set of bars for working out at home. I found these and they get the job done for me.

I combined this with some US duracast weights and a bicep bomber and have been very happy for the price. These hollow bars are much better than the ones included in the US duracast set. They have a good diameter for grip and the etching provides enough friction for when you have sweaty palms. They have enough space on the ends for a few weights and the grip on the EZ curl bar is spaced appropriately. I'm sure there are better quality sets out there, but if you can get this set for cheap, you'll be very pleased, as I am.

The set is fairly light, but its a good starter. Me nd my brother r making basically a gym in our basement, nd so far we have an olympic bench press set, treadmill boxing, nd now we we havea curl bar and dumbells. However, this set is not heavy and doesnt include wieghts. But u can buy wieghts for it at any workout place, just get 1' plates. Also, this set will not hold much, nor will ny 1 inch, so u can only have like 50 on each dumbell and like 120 on the curl bar, which is still good
