can't find these locally so I got one from amazon. The bad part is it walked of the job the first week! Now I have to order a new one.
Been in construction for 40 years and have used most of the hammers out there. This is still the best all around one out there. The 20oz is heavy enough to get the job done when framing and yet small enough to use siding or even trim work. I have a bad elbow from pounding nails 40 yr's, and this dose not bother me. Good grip, no vibration, very well balanced which makes it easy to use. Some of the young kids start with an expensive heavy framing hammer and cant drive a nail. Loan them my hammer and they can learn how to drive a nail with 2 or three strikes in less than one day. Never broken one pulling nails, which is what the curved claw is good for. If you are hand framing day in and day out and not using air guns, you might want to look at one of the specialty hammers, but for me this is the one regardless of price.

My favorite hammer, based on balance, cushioning and grip. This is the third time I've bought this particular hammer. The other two are pretty well worn.
