4.0 out of 5 stars a little puzzled
What I don't understand is why don't the tiniest of screwdrivers work..when you go to screw something with them they unscrew on the precision tool...so you can never get a bite on what you want to tighten up ...otherwise, love the convenience of all in one..haven't used the flashlight yet...

3.0 out of 5 stars NOT FOR PRYING
Seems to work well enough as a screw driver, but I've had similar problems with the jeweler's screwdriver (smallest) unscrewing itself from the handle when you try to use it. Do NOT use this for prying things open. I thought "well each bit is metal, and it's metal where it attaches to the handle...surely they would have made it all the way through..." Nope. Both sides...

Love this tool. Keep it in the kitchen where it's handy all th time. The only difficulty was figuring out how to put the battery in for the flashlight.

5.0 out of 5 stars great tool, but flashlight sucks, May 25, 2011

this is the best multiscrewdriver is have seen, but the flashlight is more of an annoyance than anything. it died after a few uses, and the switch to turn it on gets in the way all the time. other than that, this thing is great.

1.0 out of 5 stars NOT Safe- dangerous- DO NOT buy, December 24, 2011
This review is from: Apollo Precision Tools DT1019 Mr. 7 Hands Multi-End Screwdriver (Tools & Home Improvement)
If you are using this for very "light" screwing applications, it works...requiring very little force.
If you put pressure on the screw, the "bit" collapses (the design is "foldable" which works to its disadvantage), crushing back on your finger (and that really hurts)...i have tested this enough (over a year) to write an unbiased review.

The only advantage is that it has multiple bits - 3 Flat, 3 Phillips--so you dont have to change the heads like you would have to when using a screwdriver kit. But the disadvantages (injury) are way over any advantage this tool offers.

It's the perfect tool to keep on hand for all of those household jobs that pop up. I say every house could use one (or two) of these. ^_^

4.0 out of 5 stars JLB review - Awesome from an IT professional perspective, August 10, 2010

This review is from: Apollo Precision Tools DT1019 Mr. 7 Hands Multi-End Screwdriver (Tools & Home Improvement)
For any IT professional, it's always a hassle trying to hang on to a decent set of tools. I work in a lab where the screwdriver sets are always missing the size you need, and if you bring one from home, don't count on keeping it for too long. Personal tools seem to grow legs and walk away. This tool is the perfect combination of convenience and practicality. It's got most of the screwdrivers I use on a daily basis, with a flashlight that highlights your work area. It's small enough to fit conveniently in your drawer or tool kit, yet large enough to easiliy keep track of.

The only problem I've had with it is that it is so easy to accidentally turn the flashlight on while it's in your tool kit. It's turned on by simply sliding the red belt clip forward, which is great if you actually wear it on your belt, but I have found on more than one occasion that the batteries were dead and the light switched on when I pulled it out of my tool bag.

That minor inconvenience doesn't keep any of my coworkers from borrowing it on a daily basis though. };^)

Do NOT use this for prying things open. I thought "well each bit is metal, and it's metal where it attaches to the handle...surely they would have made it all the way through..." Nope. Both sides are joined by plastic. Seams like a really dumb idea on a multi-purpose tool.

i like this all in one (soo many items in one and flashlight as well!) for light projects around the house, saves time by having it all in one tool, not suited for heavy duty applications but very useful for light duty tasks.

DUDE.
I keep a backpack with me all the time with my digital camera, laptop, vitamins, and a pocket full of helpful tools. I'm a full time musician so I'm always having to tighten screws and fix stuff at shows.

My regular go-to double-sided screwdriver is wearing out and I found this thing. It seems pretty sturdy and I'm excited about putting it to use "in the field" as soon as possible.
