It's possible that there is another better set for the price, but this one has everything I need for now. I agree with the previous poster's complaint that the spaces in the case for fitting some parts are a bit small and hard to work with at times, but it is not so much of an issue to make me less satisfied. If you have next to no tools and just need the basics, this is probably all you need. If you already have some of the tools included (hammer, tape measure, screwdrivers, etc). You may want to consider investing the money in other higher quality parts (e.g. a good multi-tip screwdriver set).

I am a tool guy but needed a simple kit I could carry to my 70 year old mom's house and do some odd fix it jobs. This is perfect. The reviews complaining about the case and how things may fit and BLAH BLAH BLAH are not in context as far as being relative to what you pay. It works GREAT and is well worth the price. I mean, come on people! You don't buy a 1994 Mazda Miata and say "It doesn't go 195 mph like I hoped it would and it won't take my 14 pieces of oversized luggage and it's not as nice as my Ferrari (I couldn't spell Lamborgini) blah blah blah. Great kit if you need simple but all encompassing tool selection!

For someone who's needs a starter toolkit, this set does the job well. The pieces seem to be made of a higher quality than the similarly priced Allied 105-piece toolset (which I think the extra 26 'pieces' are just screws/nails). Things just feel more 'firm' and less flimsy than the Allied set. It has most of the bits and tools you need for doing small fixes and furniture assemblies. The ratcheting bit driver is definitely a plus on this set.

extremely cheap and poorly made set. the socket wrench is awful. the directional knob comes out when twister either direction, the ratcheting screwdriver is wobbly and not worth using, and the case does not hold the allen or bit sets tightly. very disappointed in this.

When I received this tool kit, I found they are exactly as described. Everything is good excpet that the box is not that spacious. However, based on the price, it's a good deal!

For the price this tool set is perfect and is exactly what you would expect.

I like to toss a set of tools into every boat, camper and vehicle I have so that when something breaks I've got the means to fix it.

However the cost of putting a good mechanics set of tools in every vessel and vehicle is very expensive, easily running $200 each set.

These cheap "apartment" sets are originally made for apartment dwellers who need to fix little things without calling the superintendent, they are perfect for minor repairs on the road and water.

toss in some fuses and elctrical tape and this cheap tool kit and you are ready to roll.

I put this in a new camper and included duct tape , electrical tape and some hose clamps and zip ties and fuses, and poof! ready to fix any minor thing that comes up.

I recommend these for that kind of use and think they work great for occassional minor repairs. thumbs up.

when i first opened this product, i wasn't sure what to expect. I saw that the case looked cheap, but when i opened it up i was proved wrond. the tools in this set were ok quality. you get what you pay for. overall these tools are good for small jobs.

This tool set it okay for simple around the house jobs, however it has way too many bolts and wrenches. I would recommend buying a multi-head screw driver, hammer, and some pliers and skip the rest of the junk.

I bought this product as a gift for my brother. He was looking for a tool set for carrying on his boat, and this was the perfect set for that. He really liked it and I was happy.

Perfect little tool kit for a house for repairs. Perfect price...Looking forward to testing it out on my new home.
