Best stylus,

This review is from: Aponyo Flip - Pen & iPad Stylus Combo for Capacitive Touch-screens (Black) (Electronics)
This is the third stylus I've purchased for the iPad 2 and by far the best. My first was rooCase which is rubber tipped and rated 4+ stars on Amazon. Many reviewers commented on how smooth it wrote but I didn't have the same experience. I just don't like the resitance I got with the rubber tip, therefore it didn't prove to be a useful tool for note-taking apps. I could't see taking a chance with another rubber tipped stylus no matter how good the reviews. My second was purchased from Stylus-r-Us. They offer a variety of fuzzy tipped styluses. It was ultra sensitive and smooth but lost out in durability. The Aponyo has been with me for the past few days and I love it! The tip is some sort of rigid but flexible fabric that is sensitive and smooooth to write with. This stylus is well made and solid. A bonus is the pen. I've been caught in work meetings taking notes on the iPad with just a stylus and come to realize I forgot a pen to write with.....not anymore. I'd like to say that I'm a smart consumer who does his research, but this product hasn't been out long and I couldn't find any reviews on this stylus so I took a chance. I'm glad that did.

This stylus is so much better than any rubber tipped stylus I've used. I own the Targus and the Boxwave, both of which were decent stylus but I eventually became sick of the drag from the rubber tip. The Aponyo stylus has no drag, makes it so much easier to take notes on the iPad.If you're looking for a smoother writing experience, then choose this stylus! I promise you won't be disappointed. Plus it also doubles as a pen.

This review is from: Aponyo Flip - Pen & iPad Stylus Combo for Capacitive Touch-screens (Black) (Electronics)
The fabric tip Aponyo uses is far superior to the rubber nibbed models most styluses come in as far as capacitive models go. I've bought and discarded 3 Wacom Bamboo styluses after their rubber tips have all but disintegrated from use. (I take good care of them, and I'm gentle with pressure while writing, but I'm a full-time university student and take ~8 hours of notes 4 days a week and those rubber deals just can't take it)This pen glides across the screen and the 'flip' allows one to protect the business end of the stylus in pockets, backpacks, etc. However, the flipping cap is dreadfully heavy. Holding this pen feels like holding a full sized chef's knife by the tip of the blade, trying not to let it flip over from the weight of the handle. I can't help but wonder if they actually held this pen after initial designing to put it to practical testing, or if they admired it from afar. The balance is egregiously off-set high on the pen and very, very uncomfortable to write with.
