John Kingsley Alley has continued to make an impact on my life from reading The Spirit of Sonship, (see my review) to reading the Apostolic Revelation. This book has affirmed so many things that God has been trying to teach me about who I am and really puts who women are in the church and ministry in perspective. He explains the difference between women in the old covenant, before Christ, and women in the new covenant, after Christ and reveals why the church as a whole must restore the apostles and what that could look like. In many ways I have become so released in the Kingdom work that God has laid out before me and I am encouraged as never before to boldly step into my calling as a 'son' of God. Both of these books must be read, the Apostolic first and then the Spirit of Sonship. If you want to move into a higher level of authority in the spiritual realm this is one of the avenues to travel. God bless J.K. Alley and thank you Lord for these books.

This book is an excellent primer into what Christ meant the church to be as he formed the basic framework through the 12 Apostles of the Christ, Paul and the other named Apostles in the New Testament. I think anyone who has ever thought, "What did Jesus really want the church to look like?" should read this book. Our current denominational institutionalism is not what God intended. Get this book and read it!

In Apostolic Revelation, John Alley has provided a thorough reference of what the Lord has opened up to him regarding apostles and what it means to be an apostolic church. This is new wineskin for the body of Christ!! I'm reading it a second time through with highlighter in hand! The Apostolic Revelation

I agree with Peter Wagner. This book is full of revelation and understanding of God's purposes in the restoration and reformation of His church. Many aspects of apostolic ministry and apostolic purpose are clearly explained and illustrated. It is a very insightful book and a delight to read.
