This book was a delight. It nearly read like a novel and I couldn't put it down. I like referring to it prior to cooking for the inspiration and the reminder to approach my cooking in the right frame of mind. No matter what I prepare, the flavors are so much more intense and complex when I am consciously cooking with a open, giving heart. Cooking should be a heartfelt gift and a way to nurture the ones we love. This book shows you how to cook with passion. Wait until you taste the difference!
