I have been using a weight loss stack of this brand of african mango (super african mango 1200), green tea phytosomes (green select/natural factors), apple cider vinegar tabs (swansons), konjac root-glucomanan (swanson), from the beginning end of July, 2011...so about two months. I am a natural sceptic, so the main reason why i went in for this stack was because of the reserach i read, but even more importantly, because they are all natural products.

the results have been most, most heartening to say the least. I have lost about 6 lbs, but am more muscular,so actual fat loss is probably more. I must add that i have been a regular runner for a while now, so am quite fit. But even so, with my fondness for white wine, the stomach never quite flattened out.

since being on this stack, my abs have now become very visible, and this is without any ab exercises. tummy is nice and flat, and the increased definition is looking very good!

even more dramatic is my wife's case: she has lost about 10lbs on this stack, with zero exercise.

the combo does reduce appetite, yu dont snack that often. i havde also added 30 gms of protein via a whey drink first thing in the morning, and this is adding to the sharpness. I am proably just about 7-8 lbs over my ideal weight of 185 lbs...i am 6 ft and well muscled, and this stack is helping enormously in getting the lean, defined look.

wholeheartily recommend this product and the others mentioned.

This is the best natural product that I have found that really lowers my blood pressure. I like to take 2 with lunch and 2 more at dinner.I will not go without this product,I have not gained back any of the weight that I have lost!

I bought these because i suffer with migraine headaches and i read that taking them on a regular basis may help prevent migraines, i cant really say if they help for this particular problem or not as i got them but took them haphazardly --but i intend to start taking them on a regular basis now, and for the price i think it is a good deal for whatever reason you want to take them for , help lose weight etc improve skin they are good for so many things , i would recommend giving them a chance.I tried drinking it in liquid form and oh my gosh no way !!so the tablets are great.

This tablet is easy to swallow but not strong enough...I use to take 1 tablet a day to manage my UTI and with this brand I have to take 3 . SO not extra strength or double strength like it says...unless compared to a smaller dose.

it works great, i take it 3 times a day, the last one i take it before i go to bed and feel great the next day

These Apple Cider Vinegar tablets are Great to curb your appetite!! I take one a day and it works great, they are high Potency also. High Quality Products at Swanson's, I trust them for my all my Supplements.

Excellent I feel a great difference in my body processes - its like water pills .

I can not see any difference as far as weight loss. I will continue to take them until they are gone.
