One of my very first purchases and all I can say is me and my ipod still rock out everyday! amazing and for the price! dont be afraid of the word refurbished people, just means it was restored to its factory status after malfunction. Beauty works like a charm and I wont lie and say it hasnt ever freezed up on me but that issues is not an issue at all. My first purchase and also my best purchase ever!

i upgraded to this from an 8 gig. not even close to putting a dent in this thing yet! the only thing i see wrong with it! is it keeps on stalling or freezing on me. spend the extra and buy it new. but it works great other than that problem!
