I am so happy that I found this book at a bargain price with free shipping from Amazon.The operative words here are little and small. I would have been REALLY disappointed had I paid full price. The book is super small although informative, especially of the descriptions of the various apples and what they are used for & when to find them. I was expecting a lot more. I like the few recipes that it does have, but really wanted more. I did find that the UPSIDE DOWN APPLE PECAN PIE WAS VERY VERY GOOD, but I used more nuts that what was called for in the recipe. Great book, although small, but very informative. Don't expect too much, and you won't be too disappointed. Buy it but don't pay full price, it is not worth it in my personal opinion.
