Good value for case and stand. Wanted a bamboo case and found this combo at a decent price. Case is well made, not perfect, but the ports all line up, slight ridge on back at seam between top and bottom pieces. And I do mean very slight. Not noticeable and no effect on performance. That seam issue is the only thing stopping it from higher rating. The product was packaged in bubble wrap and plain box, with no frills or marketing dollars spent on this one. The stand is nice add-on. It comes in two pieces that lay flat for travel. Overall nice case, natural look and feel, and most important is it feels great in your hands. Definitely not a case you see everyday so nice to have a unique look in your bag. Add a Powersupport antiglare screen protector (or your fav brand) and you have nicely protected package. I'll definitely be buying another as my wife has "appropriated" this one for her iPad.

When I first received my i-pad stand and case, I always kept it in the bamboo to keep it protected. When I went to remove it from the bamboo it seemed like the wood had expanded because it took me and a friend to each pull on either side just to get it off. That made me kind of nervous and I have not placed it back. Maybe I will try again when it's cold outside....

-Pros
Fits great. Very eye catching. -Cons. --Port Alignment ---The Apple dock connector was off my about 2mm, just enough to stop it from plugging in correctly. ---The headphone cutout is very narrow and deep. Need a special dongle to make the fit. --Features ---Could use a felt lining. Put some scuffs on the back of my iPad. After some buffing I got them out. --Craftsmanship ---The stand is a little wobbly. The bottom most section split along the grain the first time i put it on. By along the grain I meant that the wood itself split not a seam. Didn't take much force at all so It was likely just a weak spot. All in all I would still recommend this product to someone with some patience and the willingness to do a little light woodworking. If they made a matching screen protector I would have more incentive to stick with it. Eventually every product has a defect. This doesn't mean It's not a good product.
