Great book for the Apple Lover
A Is for Apple has some delightful recipes for those who love apples as well as interesting information about the history of well know apple dishes. Also helpful is good advice on what varieties of apples are best for each recipe. The book goes way beyond just dessert dishes and offers a wide range of apple recipes.
