This product was shipped to me with a broken key and a bad hard drive. I had to call apple and in fact it's hard drive is no good and will cost me more money to have it fixed! Just not happy at all. I have emailed the people four times and the first time I was responded to and was told to let it charge for at least an hour. It charged for five hours. Still the same problem. So I called apple and was told by tec support when we walked through trouble shooting it was the hard drive and they could tell by the chimes. I was told this product worked. It does not and I am very upset with the way they are ignoring the problem!
