With an improved camera interface and super fast camera, and a noticeably faster processor, the iPhone 4S is a must upgrade for anyone with an iPhone 4 or older. Siri also saves a lot of time and allows for hands-free texting, calling, and music selection. Siri makes a great driving companion and helper during the cold when wearing gloves don't allow me to easily use the touch screen.

In the past month since I bought this, I've been very happy I opted for the pricier 64GB iPhone since I no longer need to delete apps, and cut my music or photo albums to fit on a 32 GB. If you can sell your smaller iPhone 4S, the 64 GB may be a nice switch. I also really like the Black and the iOS 6 upgrade on this phone - definitely won't be needing an iPhone 5 with this.

First time dared to buy from amazon warehouse deals. IT was supposed to be like new means no scratches, no hardware flaws nothing. just no warranty was the only thing which was not supposed to be coming with this product. I purchased it for one of my relatives who lives on the west coast was leaving to India for almost six months. Hoped that the product, because I am buying from amazon would be defect free as promised on their website. But !

The device was delivered. went to India with my relative who has an active AT&T connection in the USA. They wanted to take pictures while being in India. And the rear camera was not able to focus. Hardware fault with the rear camera. Vow!

I called the amazon helpdesk and told them that the person who has this faulty product will be back to USA almost after six months. She promised that she would extend the return date on the product so that when my relative will be back, I could generate a return slip and send it back to amazon. surprisingly, the new date was never put in for return and now they have to cope up with a faulty phone even after paying around $450 for this device.

Lesson learnt. No more relying on what amazon says, I mean like new didn't have to mean that Camera was faulty. Right??

when I received the phone it looked new. I had an extremely difficult time finding anyone who would activate this phone. Apple told me it was originally purchased in Nov, 2011. AT&T told me I was the 5th person activating the phone. Paid $610.00 for a much used phone with no warranty other than 1 month from deal grabber. Phone would only charge to 40%. That's probably why the other 4 people got rid of it. Can't put a new battery in because it's some how part of the phone. Sent it back told them if they can't replace with a new phone under apple warranty give me a refund. This is the third day still waiting. Amazon rep put a complaint in for me and assured me of my refund. Went to AT&T because I am already set up with an account bought iphone for $349.00 not as much GB but really did not need it for my use. So buyer beware new doesn't always mean new. Not like the price was too good to be true, but did not get what was represented.

I am an I Phone 4s fan. I ordered an I phone 4S 64GB just to have incase mine broke and needed a new phone. The phone was ordered on March 1st of 2013. I located a phone and ordered it from K & K Reality Enterprises. It was listed as a NEW phone. I received the phone and put it away until last week. As I opened the package it seemed to be original packaging. I pealed off the clear box sticker and noticed it said 16GB. I then was reading the bottom description picture and it said it was the Apple 4s 64GB. I then noticed the sticker was covering another sticker. I continued to open the box and noticed the charging cable, the ear piece cable and the phone to be USED. Unfortunately it was to late to return the product. I didn't mind spending the money to buy the phone, but it bothers me that this company doesn't care about their reputation. BEWARE OF SELLER!!!!!

The condition of the phone is not match to what the seller write. The seller writes 'like new' but the phone I received have 2 obvious scratches on the screen and many scratches on the sides of the phone. The phone shows normal wears and have dents and only fair cosmetic appearance.

I had checked out the iPhone 5 but it doesn't come with Google Maps. I wanted Google Maps (use them in connection with my Contacts) and the same size as my old iPhone 3Gs 16GB. I also record video clips and need more GB so I had been looking for this very iPhone 4S 64GB in Black. The Apple Store, Best Buy, WalMart and AT&T stores no longer carry this iPhone 4S with 64GB. My next search was, of course, AMAZON.com! While scanning through the iPhone section - there it was! The price was right, the condition: Used - Very good and it met all my critieria. I am now using it and it is just like new!

The iPhone arrived in good time, was packed well and the phone was in it's original, like new, box with unopened earbuds, and charging tools and two, untouched manuals.

I bought this phone because I lost my previous 64GB 4s, and you can't buy this phone new anymore. I need the storage, but I didn't want to shell out $850 for a new 64GB iPhone 5 w/o a contract or upgrade. I ordered it Thursday afternoon and it arrived Friday morning, which was great. I was concerned at first because the Apple box said 16GB, but the Amazon label said 64GB. Luckily the Amazon label was correct. After a few days, the phone is working great in all areas but one: there's something wrong with the camera, causing all photos to be fuzzy. Since this isn't an essential function, I'm still happy I saved money over a new iPhone 5.

Dinged up pretty bad when I got it from Amazon Warehouse. Just because it has packaging doesn't mean it's like new.

I ordered a 4S from USA Direct, an Amazon partner. It arrived quickly in a box looking brand new with new headphones and charger. I was excited about the great deal I thought I'd gotten. However, shortly after receiving it, the phone started acting funny. I took it to an Apple Repairman who looked up the serial number and found out it had been activated 5 years ago. These are NOT new phones. Then the phone completely died a few weeks later. When I took it to Apple to see about a repair, they said the phone was "modified". The serial numbers had been removed including the serial plate. Apple would not work on it as it was a "modified" phone. I contacted USA Direct about the phone and was told that it had been new from "AT&T" so couldn't be a modified phone, I must have dropped it. Also, since it was more than 30 days from when I ordered it, they were required to make it good. I would NOT PURCHASE anything from USA DIRECT. They sell "modified" equipment as new.

Phone was described as in mint condition. No sound from iTunes or other apps (YouTube, video recordings). Defeats part of the purpose of a smartphone. Seller would not take a return - claims I damaged it after receiving it. Very disappointed.
