works great. I train for triathlon's and use it running all the time. I just use different head sets then the one's provided with the shuffle.

Unfortunately, the reason why you save a couple dollars by ordering this particular armband is because they're defective. The male portion of the velcro is glued to the wrong side of the band. So, you either have to twist and kink the band in order to secure it; or you have to go out and buy velcro and attach it to the correct side of the band.

I hate to tell you all this, but I found this at the Dollar Tree for ...... a dollar! Brand new, in package (they had about 20 of them).

It came with the silicone skin and the armband and is in perfect working order! I wouldn't have bought it had a friend not alerted me to the deal.

I bought this armband soon after I bought the IPOD Shuffle when it first came out in 2005. After countless workouts in the gym and miles of running on the road, it just now needs to be replaced. Great product.

The arm band isn't worth the price. You can get the same thing for $10.

The ipod armband is way better than using the neck/lanyard thing that comes with the ipod shuffle. I use my ipod shuffle exclusively for running and general exercise, so the armband is perfect for me. A few other reviews I saw said the product was made poorly/cheaply -- I have NOT found this to be the case. Mine holds up to multiple uses each week, being carried in my gym bag, getting sweaty etc. I like this product a lot, but it was expensive in my opinion for what it is.

I really like having my hands free while doing pilates or any type of exercising. Also, really super to use while doing ANY type of housework!!!

Shipping was a little slow. But the item was great.And the packaging was great.
