Misleading
I was very dissaatisfied when I received my book in the mail. When I reviewed the book on amazon it showed that I was gonna receive the fourth edition of Appleton & Lang's radiography examination and that the it was to include the cd. I order the book because of the cd. I had ordered a study book awhile back and only wanted the Appleton & Lange for the cd. I know I would...

As an educator in the Radiology Technology field, I have found this book to be a key aide in preparing for the national registry. It has a simple format to understand. It is divided into the major sections that individuals will actually see on the registry examination. This fact alone has an impact on passing the registry the first time. The questions are easy to read and to understand with all possible answers being fully explained. It is a must for anyone seriously studying for the registry exam.

I was very dissaatisfied when I received my book in the mail. When I reviewed the book on amazon it showed that I was gonna receive the fourth edition of Appleton & Lang's radiography examination and that the it was to include the cd. I order the book because of the cd. I had ordered a study book awhile back and only wanted the Appleton & Lange for the cd. I know I would not have paid a hundred dollars for it if I had known it was not going to come with the cd and definitely would not have bought it brand new.
