I am pretty hard on Bibles and this is my second one of this exact version in the last few years. I literally wore the first one out even though it is still quite usable. It is well made and worth the cost. When replacing the first Bible, I sought the same Life Application Bible out. I was grateful to find that it is still being published. The commentary is first rate and while the Bible is quite thick, this is a high quality Bible that you need to start out with a serious study of scripture. Another benefit of the Life Application Bible is larger print, which I find makes reading and study more enjoyable. If you need a highly portable Bible, this is probably not your best choice, but if you need a solid dependable desk Bible, this is the one for you.

The product is excellent and the service I received from ordering to receiving the product was very good. The only thing that could of changed this to a 5 star review would be if there was more opportunity to actually look at the pages of the bible. I had to go to a store to see the product to help me with the decision to purchase.

If you want to read the Bible on your own and understand it, this is your Bible. I love the sound, un-basis, easy to read approach to the study notes. The study part helps you understand what life was like during this time in history. And I love all the little maps included in the areas of the scripture you are reading. There are helps and information throughout this Bible. You can get the study part, Life Application, in several translations of the Bible. The only negative to the Life Application Study Bibles is; if you are like me and spend hours in the Word I have found the hardback holds together better than the leather bond ones. I wish a publisher would choose to give this wonderful Bible a binding that will hold up for those like me who use this Bible so much.

I bought this study bible for my mother. The large print NIV has rekindled her desire to study God's word. The biographies, commentaries, and references are excellent. This is the same study bible I used as a textbook at Indiana Wesleyan University.

As we get older, it seems the print gets smaller. Order this and very pleased with the purchase. I've taken this Bible with me each Sunday since I received. Love the footnotes at the bottom of the pages. Also, in the back is a chart for daily reading--allowing you to read the Bible in a year if followed. Definately worth the $$.

This study Bible is the best thing outside of salvation that I have experienced. It is easy to read and easy to understand. I use it on a daily basis in preparation for teaching my Ladies Sunday School class. Thank you for a wonderful product. God Bless you.

Purchased this study Bible for 4 family members Christmas (and one for myself!) on the recommendation from a friend whose Pastor had referred him to the Tyndal NIV Life Application Bible. It is almost overwhelming when you first begin to page throught this Bible. A considerable amount of research and thought has been placed in the making of this study Bible. Though I have not had it long, I know for certain this study Bible will be an exceptional tool in reading and developing fuller understanding of the Lord's Word.

All is well...I would like the print to be even larger and I understand that would increase volume and weight but that's the breaks. Service was good...delivery was fast. As I said all is well with the service. I would just like larger print.......Thanks.
