This review is from: Applied Electromagnetics (Hardcover)
One of the best books in the subject. Despite it contains the usual material, the explanations are clear and very well explained. The discussions of the applications, are very good. Just take a look on the explanation about the principles on which lightning rods work and you'll get the sense of clarity of the book material. Very interesting book and highly recommended, specially for people who want to update their knowledge on the subject.

This review is from: Applied Electromagnetics (Hardcover)
I'm a reader of Martin Pluno's material on Applied Electromagnetics. I acquired the book a few years ago with the hope of embarking on self study methods to enable me acquire a considerable and remarkable academic status on the subject of applied electromagnetics. Quite contrary to a popular view that I held, the problems at the end of every chapter present a very welcomed chanllenge when solved, but without any guide. No answers to any of the beatiful questions were provided. Was this rather unattractive decision not to include answeres delibrate to dent the beautiful nature of the book or it was something else. Would anybody get Martin to respond?. Thanks.
