About the Author
Leah Brew is an Associate Professor in the Counseling Department at California State University, Fullerton. She has co-authored a workbook/video with Michael Altekruse called Building the Relationship: Common Errors in Helping (2005). She has presented at many conferences at the state, regional, national, and international levels in the areas of diversity, supervision, stress reduction, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Leah has an interest in the areas of counseling theory, supervision, spirituality in counseling, and cultural diversity, specifically with biracial populations. She has taken leadership roles with various regional and national organizations.
