This book is written in an easy to follow conversational style that adds so much to content absorption. Other highlights include client-therapist dialogue vignettes and self-awareness/ reflection activities that are current, relevant and profoundly thought-provoking.

If you are using this book for a class at USD, get the electronic version. It made doing the weekly exercises much easier.
