Total Body Purifier: (Adult) Take one (1) tablet in the morning or at lunch with food and one (1) in the evening with food. Colon Clear Formula: (Adult) Everyone's digestive system is different, so people respond differently to the Colon Clear Formula. Start by taking one (1) tablet in the morning and one (1) in the evening with or without food. If you do not achieve two daily bowel movements within two days, take two (2) tablets in the morning and two (2) in the evening. If you still do not achieve two bowel movements per day, then move up to three (3) tablets in the morning and three (3) in the evening. Do not exceed a total of six (6) tablets a day. Note: Your supply of Total Body Purifier will last exactly 30 days. Since response is unique, the Colon Clear Formula will last from 15 to 45 days depending on how many tablets you require. Green Tea Fat Burner: (Adult) As an addition to your reduced calorie diet and exercise, take two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning and one (1) or two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels in the afternoon with meals with a full glass of water. If caffeine keeps you up at night do not take this product in the evening since it contains natural caffeine.

I bought the Dual Action Cleanse to kick off my 2010 resolution to be healthier and more aware of my body. I saw the infomercials but didn't want to buy it on TV. I'm on week two and I feel really great! The product is easy to take, but it did take me awhile to get the pill amount right for what my body needs. It is NOT one of those "more is not better" products, and I made sure to find the right amount for my own body. Since starting I am regular, I have less gas, and I have better awareness for how certain foods have been affecting my body. And my pants are much, much looser. This is not just a colon cleanse, but is a whole body cleanse. It has herbs that work on all your body's systems (like the skin and liver), so it really works on detoxifying and removing all the toxins from a month of holiday splurging.
It has motivated me to really cut back on snacking and sugar and bread. I want to eat more vegetables and plants based foods. And I've started drinking way more water. It is 30+ days, so it is a commitment, but I already know I'm going to be incorporating this into my new lifestyle changes. And if you look at other cleanses online or in stores they are much more expensive. Overall, highly recommended!

I have been using this product for a year now and it is awesome; even though I have read some horrible reviews on it. My thing is you have to find what works for you and this products works brillantly for me. Depending on how backed up you are it can take 3 to 7 days and by the end of the second week your stomach and gut will began to shrink. Also you have to remember when using any colon cleanser you have to eat properly and exercise as well. I think everyone should give this product a try. I LOVE IT!!!

I didn't read the reviews until after I ordered the product, after reading some of them I felt I made a BIG mistake and intended to send it back as soon as it arrived, instead I decided to try it then send it back if it didn't work. After 2 days I wasn't impressed, but by the third day I was pleasantly surprised! Since the third day I've been achieving regular, daily, SIGNIFICANT bowel movements; the surprise is I thought it had to hurt in order to be effective, but not so. I haven't experienced any pain or cramping whatsoever! I will definitely recommend this product to friends and others and will use it again!!
