I bought the Dual Action Cleanse to kick off my 2010 resolution to be healthier and more aware of my body. I saw the infomercials but didn't want to buy it on TV. I'm on week two and I feel really great! The product is easy to take, but it did take me awhile to get the pill amount right for what my body needs. It is NOT one of those "more is not better" products, and I made sure to find the right amount for my own body. Since starting I am regular, I have less gas, and I have better awareness for how certain foods have been affecting my body. And my pants are much, much looser. This is not just a colon cleanse, but is a whole body cleanse. It has herbs that work on all your body's systems (like the skin and liver), so it really works on detoxifying and removing all the toxins from a month of holiday splurging.

It has motivated me to really cut back on snacking and sugar and bread. I want to eat more vegetables and plants based foods. And I've started drinking way more water. It is 30+ days, so it is a commitment, but I already know I'm going to be incorporating this into my new lifestyle changes. And if you look at other cleanses online or in stores they are much more expensive. Overall, highly recommended!

I didn't read the reviews until after I ordered the product, after reading some of them I felt I made a BIG mistake and intended to send it back as soon as it arrived, instead I decided to try it then send it back if it didn't work. After 2 days I wasn't impressed, but by the third day I was pleasantly surprised! Since the third day I've been achieving regular, daily, SIGNIFICANT bowel movements; the surprise is I thought it had to hurt in order to be effective, but not so. I haven't experienced any pain or cramping whatsoever! I will definitely recommend this product to friends and others and will use it again!!

I have been using this product for a year now and it is awesome; even though I have read some horrible reviews on it. My thing is you have to find what works for you and this products works brillantly for me. Depending on how backed up you are it can take 3 to 7 days and by the end of the second week your stomach and gut will began to shrink. Also you have to remember when using any colon cleanser you have to eat properly and exercise as well. I think everyone should give this product a try. I LOVE IT!!!

This will be the third time I have used Dual-Action Cleanse. I had seen it advertised on TV a few years ago but once I realized I could get it for a better price I finally gave it a try. I have used it in conjuction with diet and exercise and I really do feel it cleans you out. Take it twice a day with meals and make sure to drink extra water and you will start to notice a difference in the first two days. After the first week is when I see the the biggest difference and if your like me, you may have to deal with short notice bathroom trips.

Kinda nasty topic but the bathroom is where you will SEE the difference! There are more than a few times I have noticed more seems to be more coming out of me than I am putting in lol.

I have used this product off and on for a year and it really helps with bloating. I will continue ordering through Amazon.com because it is so much more reasonable than any other site.

After just a few days ive noticed a huge difference im very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy this product again it's easy to take and I love the fact that there's no nasty mixes to drink Ive also recommended it to my family members

I have used this product for years. It is excellent and works the next day ( in my experience). It makes me feel good to see that my body is being cleansed.

"MY FRIEND" has had a problem using the bathroom for years, Since she was young. Plus she takes medication that doesn't help. A few years ago she got this over the phone (infomercial) and it was so expensive. But it worked better than any prescriptions her DR. gave her. She has been taken this for over 6 years and swears by it. I know for a fact it works and all you do is take 1 in the morning of the Colon Cleanse and 1 at night. And take the Total Body Purifier 1 in the am. The fat burner is just a added bonus. If taking the 1 of the colon cleanse doesn't work at first, take 2. Just follow the directions and it will help. Good luck and you will be feeling better in no time.

I was really hoping that this product would work - and it did not. As someone who regularly struggles with constipation and being really backed up, I gave the product a week and still had not accomplished anything. With that said, the Green Tea bonus that came with it is awesome - now that I noticed! It gave me an energy during the day that I noticed but not because of shaking or anything. I was able to make it until like, 10 pm which is awesome for me without completely dragging - of course at that time it wore off and I passed out :) I think you're better off spending your money on a bottle of Miralax - now that stuff I know works and doesn't taste nasty going down like this did.

This works but I think my system needs something a little stronger. After taking it for about a week the results really slowed down, but overall it is better than some other cleansers I have tried that are way more complicated.
