I have been taking green tea for three years now. I had all of that baby weight for more than two years, 35 pounds. Even though I was eating healthy, I was not loosing weight, Some times I would even gain more weight. I started taking green tea, exercising more and reduced my portions by 25%. That was the secret to loose all of that extra weight. My great effort of diets started to pay off with the help of green tea. It did not matter what I tried, nothing worked, but the suplement of green tea made the difference. It is like a push to our efforts of staying healthy.

This Product is probably better if used when u have actually been excersising. I Have Used This Product Before And Its Best If You Eat One Meal In the Morning Before You Begin The Taking A Pill!! And If You Are Trying To Conceive Becareful Because your baby can be harmed!!
