It surely gives energy. When I took this medicine, I feel more energy. The thing is...Because I feel more energy, I don't feel like to eat breakfast and makes me more hungry around 3-4pm - ish. So, I ended up with eating more for dinner and gained weight. Becuase I have sleep disorder, I could not take another pill that late afternoon (it has caffeine).
If you can hold up the dinner size, you may be able to loose weight. In fact, my sister in law lost weight about 20lb with this product. Good luck!
