This product is great if you're trying to shed some pounds especially around the belly. However, you will need to change a few things in your diet in order for it to really work.

I used this product back in late 2007. I changed to only drink water and really cut back on my portions at meal time. It won't be too difficult to cut back on portions as this helps curb your appetite pretty nicely. But, it is important that you try and drink as much water as possible when on these pills.

I would take 3 per day usually. Two in the morning and one in the evening. When I followed this simple routine I was able to shed about 25-30 pounds within about 4 months(no joke). I stopped and have put the weight back on, so I just ordered the product again, this time on a monthly plan so that I remember to stay on it.

The really nice part of this product is that you don't get the bad side effects like you do with most diet pills. Other pills usually make you feel weird and give you diarrhea. This product does not do that. Instead, it actually gives you a great deal of energy and makes you feel great if you usually drag through the day and need lots of coffee to stay awake. You will probably not need the coffee if you stay on these pills.

I consider myself a diet pill junkie. In the past 4 years or so I have purchased everything. Hydroxycut MAX, lipo6, leptopril, akavar, fastin... even went as far as ordering certain illegal diet pills that are really meant for thyroid conditions. Spending between 49.99 all the way to 180 for the illegal stuff and... they certainly worked. Problem, It was like being on crack. I dropped so much weight so quickly and my behavior changed so drastically that my friends and family thought I was on cocaine. So I stopped for several months.

Recently my doctor gave me a script for phentermine. Very unsafe, but I wanted it and made him give it to me after having him try to talk me out of it because technically I am just overweight, not obese. I almost had a heart attack two days into it. Probably due to the other crap I had taken over the years.

So there I was in CVS, preoccupied with my weight looking for something SAFE and ALL NATURAL. I see this on the shelf. Could it work? It was 10 bucks, even if it didn't work it was only 10 bucks so I buy it.

Same day I bought it began taking it. Lost my appetite almost completely. A few bites from a meal and I am done. I take two with around 16oz of water before breakfast, one with water at lunch, and one at dinner time. No troubles falling asleep, I think I actually sleep BETTER.

Best part...here it comes... this is FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!.... Two weeks later, yes TWO WEEKS LATER I am down 15 lbs! How is this even possible??? One box and I am down 15 lbs. I will now order in bulk from amazon to save the 3 bucks.

So I'm still waiting for this product to arrive, however, from all the research I've done on it online, it seems to be a great product. I am trying to find a replacement for Strive's "Synerate" which was taken off the Canadian Market as it has a potentially lethal combo of synephrine and caffeine... Let it be said that as long as things are taken in moderation and you need to read the warnings on the label and know your body.. I know I get the shakes from caffeine, so with Synerate, I only took one pill before hitting the gym and never more. It was GREAT and I"m really upset that because of a few dummies it is no longer on the market..

THAT BEING SAID, I hope this stuff is as good as everyone says it is. I had a freak out after coming across the whole "State of California post 65 says this contains substances harmful to reproduction and birth defects" etc but I called and looked into it, and basically it contains more lead than what the state of CA allows. The state of CA has a more stringent restriction than any other state, so they HAVE to put that on the label. The lead comes from all the herbs etc that are in it, as lead is a naturally occurring substance in food etc. I googled and researched until my eyes hurt, as I am 24, getting married, and want to have children in a few years. Seeing as to how everything has lead in it, I would not consider this product any more harmful than any of the toys some people give their children from McDonald's etc that are all made in China and contain God-knows-what chemicals.

All fat burners are meant to be taken on one month cycles only. This is because a. bodies develop a resistance and b. because any sort of supplement is going to cause liver damage if used for prolonged periods of time. Even things such as whey or soy protein should not be used continuously without a break in the cycle. Our livers are a fantastic organ, and they regenerate themselves time and time again (how do you think that people who eat junka ll the time are still alive? It is because their livers keep up their end of their deal with the body). I'm not saying to ABUSE your liver, but if you need the extra kick to get your butt to the gym or to finish half a meal instead of a full one, I would say this is just fine, just don't be excessive in your use, as no pill is a miracle worker. This is just the pep rally before the game. You need to put the work in to see results, and if motivation or appetite stand in your way, products like this will help facilitate you in the long run.

This product isn't a magic pill that will burn off all the stored fat in your body, but as part of a diet and exercise program, it can help you lose weight.

The first thing I noticed when I started taking this product (2 very large pills in the morning and 2 with lunch...) was that I had to urinate every 30 minutes or so throughout the day. (This was about twice as often as usual.) Yes, I drink a lot of water, but this was crazy! The diuretic properties of this blend are incredible and might be great for PMS symptoms to eliminate bloating.

The second thing I noted was my appetite was diminished throughout the day. I eat regularly sized meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, may have 2 small snacks in addition to this, but nothing big and no cravings.

There is supposed to be an increased energy boost with this product, but I've not noticed that part. I workout 3x's a week; 45 minutes on the elliptical and 30 doing a vigorous weight workout. I really wanted that boost too! I also notice no jittery or nervous feelings while taking it.

I do notice that if I take 2 pills with lunch (you can take 1 or 2...), I sometimes have trouble sleeping. It's tough to know if this is the product or my system though. I have fibromyalgia and sleep disturbances are common when the fibro is flaring, which happens when I workout. I would suggest if someone is taking this product and they do get an energy boost from it, they take only 1 at lunch for better sleep at night.

I think this could be a part of a winning weight/fat loss plan. A supportive, natural supplement to add to a multi-vitamin, Tonalin CLA (1200mg) 90 sgels (known to assist in fat loss over a 12 to 16 week period of 3500mg a day) and a low-fat, protein-rich diet with an exercise component at least 3x's a week.

While taking this as directed I've lost 1 pound a week for the past 6 weeks and I do feel leaner. I'm not convinced this product is the biggest factor in my success as I'm working my butt off in the gym too, but I do like how it suppresses my appetite and will continue to use it for that reason. I think making healthy dietary choices is easier for me because I'm not craving large amounts of anything while taking this product.

Not here, but I bought this product in a pharmacy just because it looked attractive not because I was looking for a diet. Precisely when I was not looking to do diet. I eat most thing naturally and raw, so when I saw this product with its nutritional facts I decided to try it. I just recently started using it and I can say it gives me more energy but do not get me nervous and irritated like other diet pills I tried. I feel fuller (combine this with Biggest Looser Whey Protein is a blast!)

And, I noticed something interesting! Since I take this product my nails grow faster and stronger! Dont blame it! It has vitamins and nutrients.

I've decided to stop taking these because they make me jittery and I finally read the small print on the back of the box which has a california prop 65 warning that the product contains chemicals known to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. No thanks, I don't want to take this and wind up infertile. I hate that this is called a natural fat burner and then I see this warning on the back of the box. People choose natural to avoid things like this. I feel very mislead. I will say that the product did give me motivation to start my diet. I was having a very hard time getting myself to go over that hurdle of eating less especially less junk food and after taking this for a few days I got a good kick start. I just can't make myself take something with that kind of warning though. I wish they would take the harmful ingredients out of this product since it is a "natural" product. I would definitely start taking it again if they did. I did feel jittery on this with only one pill a day, whatever is in it is very powerful stuff!

Works Great, also works as a appetite suppressant. I take two in morning with breakfast, have a decent lunch and take a third with a granola bar for diner and never feel hungry.

I have certainly noticed more energy and a decrease in my appetite since I started taking this! I have not felt jittery or as if my nerves are on end - and I even sleep good if not better at night. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a little motivation in order to lose a few pounds.

All ingredients here are actually quite healthy. The key ingredient that makes this product require the California Prop 65 label is titanium dioxide.

Titanium dioxide dust, when inhaled, has been classified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) as an IARC Group 2B carcinogen possibly carcinogenic to humans.[43] The findings of the IARC are based on the discovery that high concentrations of pigment-grade (powdered) and ultrafine titanium dioxide dust caused respiratory tract cancer in rats exposed by inhalation and intratracheal instillation.[44] The series of biological events or steps that produce the rat lung cancers (e.g. particle deposition, impaired lung clearance, cell injury, fibrosis, mutations and ultimately cancer) have also been seen in people working in dusty environments. The safety of the use of nano-particle sized titanium dioxide, which can penetrate the body and reach internal organs, has been criticized.[45] Studies have also found that titanium dioxide nanoparticles cause genetic damage in mice.[46]

Thus, while the dioxide dust when inhaled *may* be of harmful amount to humans, this is extremely rare, even in the rats. However, the amount of material that you see in these soft-gels is significantly less than the amount it took to see signs of affect in the rats, which is negligible at best when compared to the amount of dust the human subjects absorbed.

Of course you should always take precautions, but never trust someone who says stupid things without citing some research source of any kind.

The mice were exposed to the TiO2 nanoparticles in their drinking water and began showing genetic damage on the fifth day. The human equivalent is about 1.6 years of exposure to the nanoparticles in a manufacturing environment. However, Schiestl said, it's not clear if regular, everyday exposure in humans increases exponentially as continued contact with the nanoparticles occurs over time.

To clarify, that's 1.6 years of industrial level exposure to titanium dioxide in just 5 days to an average sized mouse.

Now mice are on average (middle-weight mice, that is) ~20 grams. That means, for one mouse,

1 pound = 453.59237 grams,

so for an average healthy woman at 5'2" 120lbs, it would take 120*453/20 ~= 2718 average sized mice to equal that.

I'll let you judge the rest..

I was not happy with this product, I didnt feel anymore energy and no weight was lost. I watch my diet and exercise 4 times a week but this absolutely made no difference. Dissapointed, I wont purchase again
