This is a good burner esp for the price. I took one pill before hitting the gym. I haven't felt so great after work out for so long (prob since high school). I recommend this to people with no serious health condition and people who needs a little help to get motivated to lose weight.

I can not applaud this product enough. I started taking it while juggling summer college classes and working several hours per week. I was averaging 6 hours of sleep per night. I needed a boost! I started taking this product, and was given adequate energy (not jittery, not hyper), and the little weight I lost was an added bonus. If you're looking for more energy, this product is well worth it. (Hey, it's cheap and effective, how could it not be worth it?)

I first started taking the product just for a little boost for the day. But then noticed it reduced my appetite. It doesn't make me jittery like most products. But then again I only take one pill at a time. I think this stuff is awesome!!!!!

These gave me engery w/o the gittery feeling coffee gives you. I felt in a better mood on these and hubby also liked them. We ran out of them since we both were taking 2 a day. You do sortof get used to them. I noticed that after a month you might have to up the dose but now that I dont have them I miss them. I am not certain how much green tea extract is in them but I would like to know for antioxitant reasons. I'm not sure about the weight loss claim bec I did not measure my tummy or pay attention to weight. I will this time but Overall, I am happy and going back for seconds.

I used this product years ago..an I felt it worked better before than now..I think you have to work out often when you use it to get results.. I pee more often which I didn't mind because its flushing out my system..did get some energy which was what I wanted :)

I have been taking this product for 2 weeks and I really love it and it is really cleaning out my system and giving me energy.

I bought this product on the basis that it contained 400mg of EGCG per capsule, as claimed in the Amazon ad copy. Lo and behold, the detailed label indicates it is 50% EGCG, as green tea extract.

Now, that's not *bad*, but it is misleading.

Towards the end of a long day, I often get fatigued and can't find a decent cup of coffee. I take one of these capsules and find within 20 minutes a great energy boost. Caffeine pills usually upset my stomach, i.e., NoDoz and others. These are great. No GI effect and definitely a caffeine boost for up to four hours without a sudden let down or headache.

I would definitely recommend these for those afternoon let downs.

I took these pills for 2 days then noticed upon closer inspection of the bottle that it says "(State of California Prop 65) This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm". Would not have purchased it had I known that and definitely won't be taking anymore!

I'm a caffiene lover and I get up at 5:15a to lift at 6a. These guys are fast acting, cheaper, and deliver a more controlled dose of caffiene (I tend to make my coffee at inconsistent strengths). One of these guys can do the trick for me some days, 2 on an empty stomach can be too much for me. I'll definitely be buying these again. If this product does anything else that it claims, it's just a sweet bonus for me.
